Lauren Scogin, Administrator

Lauren attended the University of New Hampshire for both undergraduate and graduate degrees. She graduated with a Masters in Social Work and started her career working in long term care. She was previously the Director of Social Services at Durgin Pines for 10 years and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2015. Lauren enjoys artistic expression through painting and exploring the outdoors. Lauren and her husband have two children and enjoy spending time in Killington, VT.

Kathryn Desrosiers, RN BSN Director of Nurses

Kathryn has been with Durgin Pines since 2008 working as a Unit Aide and CNA. Kathryn graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2012 with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and has progressed in her career as a Registered Nurse Manager of the Skilled Rehabilitation unit to the Director of Nurses.

Catherine Finch, RN Admissions Coordinator

Catherine is an experienced Registered Nurse who has worked in acute and sub-acute care, including hospitals, SNF rehab units, and long term care units. Catherine enjoys music and art.

Jesse-Marie Keilty, LSW Director of Social Services

Jesse-Marie has been a Social Worker for over 10 years working in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. She happily joined the team in April of 2016. She is proud to be part of the amazing team at Durgin Pines, and honored to assist the residents and families. She says “Durgin Pines has a certain feel, it feels like family and if feels like home.” She lives in York with her family.

Molly Stevens, LSW Social Worker

Molly recently graduated from the University of Southern Maine. She brings a positive, caring attitude and sense of humor to the team. Molly grew up extremely close to her grandparents which led her to her career at Durgin Pines.

Anne Veno, BS DTR/ LDT Food and Nutrition Director

Anne is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics and an Associate’s Degree in Food Service Management and Dietetics. She is currently registered to practice dietetics through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and Licensed in the state of Maine to practice. She has been employed at Durgin Pines for the past 10 years, as the Food and Nutrition Director, where she oversees clinical nutrition and food service. Anne was awarded the Mike McNeil Scholarship through the Maine Health Care Association in 2015, this has allowed her to pursue her passion in the field of nutrition and advance her education through a coordinated dietetics program at Rutgers University. Anne enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with family and close friends.

Ryan Mattuchio, Director of Environmental Services

Ryan has worked with the company since 2009. He was a maintenance worker for Sentry Hill before working as the Director of Environmental Services at Durgin Pines. Ryan has extensive experience building custom homes, remodeling and property maintenance in New England and the Florida Keys.

Deborah Otis, Business Office Manager

Deborah has over 42 years of experience working in healthcare. She began her career in the hospital setting and moved into skilled nursing and long term care 25 years ago working in Accounts Receivable, Human Resources and Payroll Management. Deborah enjoys working with families and employees of Durgin Pines.

Jean Coolbroth, RN MDS Coordinator

Jean is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years in long term care experience and over 15 years of service at Durgin Pines. Jean has held many roles and responsibilities in her nursing care, she has been a charge nurse, Director of Nurses and most currently, MDS coordinator. Jean loves anything Disney!

Pam Langley, Preschool Director

Pam has been working in the field of early childhood education for 30 years. Her philosophy is that children and adults grow and learn best when they are in an environment where they feel respected and safe. Pam believes that children learn through play, with adults nearby to facilitate. When Pam is not helping children grown and learn, she is spending time exploring in her VW van.

Elizabeth Clark, MS OTR, Rehabilitation Manager

Elizabeth has been an Occupational Therapist with the company for ten years, and manager of her department for the past four. Her scope of practice includes kinesiotaping, and certification in the BIG program. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, running and reading.

Shannon Doonan, CTRS Activity Director

Shannon graduated from the University of Southern Maine and received a BS in Therapeutic Recreation. She received her CTRS certification in 2008 and has been working in the Activities Department at Durgin Pines for over 9 years. Shannon received the Celebrating Excellence in Care Giving Award from the Maine Health Care Association in 2016 and has been highly involved with the Music and Memory Program. Shannon enjoys travelling, dancing, camping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Kimberly Bartalomy, Staffing Coordinator

Kimberly is a longtime employee with 24 years in the company. She is quite the multi-tasker and is a C.N.A as well as Med Tech. She currently holds the position of our Staffing Coordinator and does it with such ease, making sure staff know how much they are appreciated. She prides herself with the Durgin Pines core values and culture change. Kim is the Maine Culture Change Coalition treasurer. In September of 2014, Kim received the Maine Longterm Care Ombudsman Award. In her spare time, she enjoys ball games, shopping, spending time with people, and driving her friends and family around in Kim’s Taxi.
