Long Term Care ... Total support when it matters most

We offer a fully licensed nursing home providing services to Medicaid eligible and private pay residents. We offer a mix of 55 private and semi-private rooms.

Our Long Term Care Unit provides a quality interdisciplinary team of licensed nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapists, dietitians, social workers and activity therapists.

For those residents requiring Memory Care Service, the secured Feeney Wing also provides access to an enclosed outdoor patio.
